The St. Paul's women gather each Thursday night and study books tied to the church year. It is open to all women who attend St. Paul's. They also help lead the Rosary Saturday mornings in Lent, and host an Advent Quiet Day to kickoff Advent each year.
Here are some of the books that the group has read together over the past year:
Pray for Us: 75 Saints Who Sinned, Suffered, and Struggled on Their Way to Holiness by Meg Hunter-Kilmer
Preparing for Easter by C.S. Lewis - Carefully curated selections from C.S. Lewis’ works to deepen your understanding of the Jesus’ resurrection and the Christian faith.
Jesus Through Medieval Eyes by Grace Hamman: Beholding Christ with the Artists, Mystics, and theologians of the Middle Ages
Hinds feet on High Places by Hannah Hurnard: Timeless allegory of Much-Afraid's transformative journey to the High Places, gaining a new name and union with the Shepherd.
Early Christian Writings - The Apostolic Fathers explores the early Church’s traditions and organization through letters and theological works of the Apostolic Fathers.
